Details about the "Idol Gives Back" Special

Access Hollywood has also exclusively learned that Fergie is planning a special performance for "American Idol's" "Idol Gives Back" show this year, which will air on April 9th.

The Dutchess will be joined by none other than Seattle-rockers Heart, for a joint take on the band's largest hit, "Barracuda." Heart's songs have been very popular song choices for "Idol" contestants over the years.

Fergie did a solo cover of "Barracuda" for the Shrek 3 Soundtrack.
